Courses
Our undergraduate and postgraduate
courses provide students with know-
ledge
and skills for a wide range of
careers in
the spatial
sciences. We
also offer research
degrees for post-
graduate students
wishing to undertake
fundamental
and applied
research in
any aspect
of the spatial sciences.
What are you thinking
of studying?
Undergraduate
Undergraduate courses, which usually lead to a
Bachelor degree,
are for
those who have not
previously graduated from university.
Postgraduate
Postgraduate coursework degrees are for spatial science graduates who
want specialist skills in surveying, geographic information science and
mapping and for graduates in other disciplines considering a move into
the spatial sciences. Postgraduate research degrees provide an
opportunity
for students to undertake a significant investigation in the
theory
or
application of geodesy, surveying and mapping, or geographic
information
systems. The research project is designed to explore
problems of
continuing or emerging significance.
